Samsung Galaxy S III arriving on June 20 in Canada with 2 GB of RAM

Samsung Galaxy S III has started hitting the shores of various countries from 28th of May. The phone first launched in UK on 28th of May and on 29th Galaxy S III reached the stores of 28 more countries. Samsung has announced that it will reach the US markets on 4th of June. The phone will hit the Canadian markets on 20th of June.

Samsung have released the specs of the models of Samsung Galaxy S III which will be available in the stores of official carriers in Canada. There are two models of Samsung Galaxy S III i.e. SGH-i747 and SGH-iT999.



The SGH-i747 model (that's the LTE version) will be available in the stores of Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile, SaskTel, TELUS and Rogers Wireless. The SGH-iT999 model (that's HSPA+42 for those playing at home) will reach the stores of Videotron, Wind and Mobilicity. For price, you need to visit each and every store on your own.

According to news, the SGH-i747 model will reach the shores of US via AT&T and SGH-iT999 model via T-Mobile. This news hasn’t been confirmed yet. This is just the prediction as this happened with first two Galaxy S too.

The Canadian version of the Samsung Galaxy S III is a different from the International version of Samsung Galaxy S III.

The processor of the phone gets slashed off to a Dual Core whereas the International version sports a Quad Core processor. There’s one more disappointment in the Canadian version of the Device. The 64 GB variant of the device isn’t available in the Canadian markets. We noticed a good thing in the Canadian version of the device – It has got 2 GB of RAM which is better than the International version of Samsung Galaxy S III.
