Optimus U and Apex hits the US Cellular Stores, Only for Prepaid buddies



LG Apex and LG Optimus U the two Android Smartphones from LG have hit the US Cellular stores. These two phones are now available for the prepaid users of US cellular. In the early days you needed to sign a CDMA-based carrier contract but this time the case is different.


Looks like that thing has been sorted out, the LG Optimus U which is knowsn as US Cellular’s version of LG Optimus One has been priced at $199.99 and LG Apex has been priced at $249.99.

US Cellular also announced new prepaid plans for these two phones. The plans are as follows

•    $30 –  Unlimited texts and 200 minutes each month.
•    $50 –  Unlimited voice and texts.
•    $60 – 450 voice minutes, unlimited texts and 2 GB of data.
•    $70 – unlimited talk and texts, and 2 GB of data per month.

Talking  a look on the Specs of LG Optimus U, it is a complete touchscreen phone with a 3.2-inch HVGA display, 3.2-megapixel camera, 600MHz processor, GPS, 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity, and a memory card slot. And talking about the Specs of LG Apex, it comes with a full side-sliding keyboard, 3.2-inch WVGA touchscreen, the same 3.2-megapixel camera and 3G/Wi-Fi connectivity, and 100MB of internal storage which is further expandable with microSD cards…
