Google To face Court on Android Location Tracker concerns

Google may face the same that Apple I Phone has faced recently, because it Android Based Tracking system has been discovered, not so different from the I Phone Bug.

Two Normal residents of Oakland, Michigan in US  have take Google  to the court on record that Android handsets records and stores Location data of the handsets Users.

They say that their phone HTC Inspire  4G has been tracking and recording their location just like tracking device issued by the Court of honour. They want to fight on behalf of other users too who face the same, looking for at least $50 million in damages and a mandatory requirement by Google to cease tracking location data on all their products.

The Spokesman, California, Google ; Chris Gaither refused to comment on the lawsuit but just stated

We provide users notice and control over the handset, sharing and use of location data, Any location data that is send back to Google location servers is anonymized and is not traceable .

Clearly this was with the intent of putting the minds of other Android users at rest.
With Apple's and now Google's location tracking secrets coming to light, are you having second thoughts about trusting companies like them with other personal data?
