Pantech first to make 1.5 Ghz Dual core Smart phone


Lg Stunned the world by setting up a record of bringing the very first Dual Core phone but now its Pantech's turn to break the record by bringing the only phone with 1.5 Ghz Dual core smart phone.The name is vega racer and is only available in korea and relies on Qualcomm MSM8660 Snapdragon Chip.



The chip used is also used in HTC Evo 3d and Sensation 4G but is limited to 1.2 Ghz only , here are something you may be intrested in :-

  • Display: 4.3 inch, TFT LCD, 800 x 480 pixel
  • Camera: 8MP, 1.3MP (front)
  • Memory: 1GB RAM
  • CPU: 1.5GHz, Snapdragon, Adreno 220 GPU
But there are questions, like why doesnt companies use like this cpu power when they have in Sensation 4G and Galaxy sII,we still reach 1.5 Ghz with over clocking, that means this can be done, but the question is WHY?
