Talking about the performance, blessed with Windows Phone 7.5 Mango OS and similar kind of hardware both the phones perform well up to the mark. Multitasking isn't a problem at all.
For testing the performance of both the phones we played Angry Birds with 5 Web Application and Music Player running in the background. It went all fine in Nokia Lumia 800 while Samsung Focus 2 suffered a bit (very minute) of lag in the frame rate.

Nokia Lumia 800 has got a Primary camera of 8 MP which comes straight from the Labs of Carl Zeiss Optics. The camera makes the street photography really easy. The quality of the images clicked using the camera is really awesome.
On the other hand Samsung Focus 2 stays behind in the photography test. The quality of the images clicked using the primary camera of the phone were good but weren't better than that of Lumia 800 snaps.
A secondary camera is there in Samsung Focus 2 but you won't find any secondary camera in Lumia 800. In straight words, out of these two devices Samsung Focus 2 is video-calling friendly.

The call clarity was also good. On a 2G network, we were able to converse well even in a low signal zone.
