If you are from UK and the upcoming HTC Desire S is in your wishlist then you might like this news. Two carriers i.e. T-Mobile and Three have already finalized that they will sell HTC Desire S the Android Smartphone in their stores. Now Vodafone has also joined this list.
In the Vodafone (UK) website Desire S is on “Coming Soon” page releasing on 8th of April. People who are interested to buy this phone straight from the Vodafone stores will be able to grab this for free on two year contract of paying 30 GBP per month.
HTC Desire S comes with Android Gingerbread (v2.3). It is powered by Qualcomm’s 1Ghz single core Scorpion processor and 768 MB of RAM. It has got HSPA and Wi-Fi connectivity. Camera is of five megapixels which can record HD (720p) videos. It has got 3.7 inches of S-LCD WVGA capacitive touch screen and it weighs just 130 grams. It has got a GPS, Bluetooth, stereo FM with RDS and many other features.
With Desire S Vodafone UK also added two more HTC phones in its store – Wildfire S and ChaCha (Facebook phone)
