Well Google says that you can update to Android 2.3.4 after few weeks, but if you have got Samsung Google Nexus S you can do it right now. Follow the steps..
- Download the file from Google from HERE
- Copy this file inside the root folder in you phone's Storage
- Shut down your phone, and reboot into the bootloader by holding volume up and powering back on
- Use the volume buttons to choose "recovery" from the list, and select it with the power button
- When you see the triangle on your screen, hold power and then press volume up and you'll have a list of options, choose the file to update
That's it you are done. So enjoy this update on you Nexus S. Please make a backup so that if you get into any trouble you can recover it all back.
