XDA Developers member appleflap has created a brand New Thumb Keyboard (version 4.0)for the Android devices. He also created one in the month of November but this one has got many improvements and gives you more comfort. It has been released as a Public Beta.
The following app has been built from a whole new core and optimized for Gingerbread and Honeycomb, moreover introducing a whole new lot of features including:
- Multi-touch
- Correct previous written words with suggestions
- Shortcuts – store and edit written phrases, mail signatures, logins and insert them with a simple tap
- New addition to the prediction algorithm
- New – resize the width of the letter keys on the split layouts
- Alternative suggestions for voice input
- Redesign of the keyboard based on multi-touch chording
- New style popup keyboards
- New design of the keyboard layout
- Lots more!
