Bada OS 2.0 to launch in India first



It seems that Samsung will launch version 2.0 of Bada OS first in India. According to the news it will be showed off in the month of July. Samsung India Executive Dipesh Shah told Financial Express that Samsung intends to rake 30% of the smart phone market share in India this year.

The Samsung wave and its variants have got reputation in the Indian markets, and according to Samsung Bada OS is also doing well as its Android are.

Well the most probable reason for launching in India first, apart from strong developer presence here.The update will bring the version from bada 1.2 to bada 2.0, and will deliver a new UI, SDK support for Linux and Mac, third party SNS integration, HTML5 support, WAC compatibility, and FlashLite. Operator Billing support is also expected.

Well so far Bada 1.2 hasn’t released in India. So we aren’t 100% sure that Samsung will launch bada 2.0 in July.
